1. Service and operator

FindeWerkstatt.de is operated by . The directory supports searches for car workshops, auto services and roadside assistance providers in Germany. Business profiles and location pages provide information and direct contact options. Operator details are available in the Legal notice.

2. Free searches and listings

Workshop searches are free and do not require an account. Workshop owners may create a free account and, within the applicable listing limit of the free plan, submit businesses for review. The current listing limits are shown on the Paketseite. A listing does not create an entitlement to a particular position, visibility or number of enquiries.

3. Submission, review and updates

A business listing may be submitted only by its owner or an authorised person. Please provide accurate information and use only text and images that you are entitled to use. A submission is reviewed before publication; submitting it does not activate the listing.

Misleading, unlawful, incomplete or duplicate submissions may be rejected. Please inform us of changes to contact details, location or services. The imported business information originally comes from publicly accessible business listings on Google Maps and was transferred from the previous directory.

An existing profile is assigned to your account only after your authority to represent the business has been verified. You can submit changes to assigned listings through your account; they are reviewed before being applied. Listings not yet published also count towards the plan limit. Protect your login credentials and inform us of any suspected unauthorised access.

You may pause public display of an assigned, published profile through your account. The listing remains stored, assigned to your account and counted towards the plan limit. If you resubmit it for review, it is published again only after approval.

4. Contacting businesses and workshop orders

Discuss appointments, quotes, prices, payment terms, availability and the scope of services directly with the respective business. A phone call, external link or opening WhatsApp does not create a binding booking through FindeWerkstatt.de. The contact form on this website is for contacting the directory operator.

Contracts for workshop work and services are concluded between you and the business. The directory does not replace a vehicle diagnosis. Opening hours may differ, for example on public holidays. Availability of a phone number on WhatsApp is not technically verified.

5. Presentation of profiles

Inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation or guarantee of qualifications, prices or quality of work. Ratings and special labels are displayed only where corresponding information is stored. Images described as an “illustrative image” are general illustrations and are not photographs of the business.

6. Errors, unlawful content and removal requests

You may send corrections, reports of unlawful content and requests to remove a listing through the contact form or to admin@findewerkstatt.de . Please identify the business, its location and, if possible, the address of the affected profile page.

We review your request. For changes made on behalf of a business, we may request reasonable evidence of your authority to prevent abusive changes. Data subjects may exercise their data protection rights independently of this.

Business owners and authorised persons may also request removal of their listing and deletion of the associated business data from our active database. After verifying your authority, we remove the listing and delete the data unless statutory retention obligations prevent us from doing so. Information about backups and your data protection rights is available in our Privacy policy.

7. Statutory rights and data protection

Statutory claims and mandatory rules on liability remain unaffected. Processing of personal data and your rights are explained in the Privacy policy. These terms do not change any agreement you enter into with a listed business.

We do not voluntarily participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Any statutory obligations remain unaffected. You can submit complaints using the contact details listed in the legal notice.

8. Plans and non-binding plan changes

The available plans are Free, Plus and Professional. No plan selection is required when an account is created; every new account initially receives the free listing limit. You select the appropriate plan when adding your business. Prices for Plus and Professional have not yet been set. A plan request is non-binding, is reviewed manually and does not result in an automatic paid booking or a payment. Any later prices, payment periods and contract terms will be communicated separately before a paid agreement is concluded.

The existing plan remains active until a plan request is approved. Plan approval does not confirm the business's qualifications and does not automatically lead to preferential placement. If an account has more listings than the new plan permits following a plan change, existing listings remain; further listings can be added only within the applicable limit.
